SHIPPING & RETURNS

We provide FREE shipping.  

Order production time is 15 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. 

Shipping Provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may take up to 30 days. If you don't receive the item after 30 days, please contact us, we'll investigate and solve the shipping problem.  

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We make every attempt to deliver your order as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. In the case of returning or exchanging the product, you must email us first. The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the returned product must be in unused, original condition. We will not take any returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of sale.

To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned in their original condition and include the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that were trimmed, drilled, installed, painted, or somehow modified by a customer. We are not responsible for improper installation on the vehicle.

 

Before installation, please use double-sided tape, so you can try the item on the car. This will help you to see the fit of the item without modifying the item's original condition in case you decide to return it.

We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges.
